Manufactured in Argentina under contract from Colt. Classic configuration with blade front sight, U notch flat top rear sight. Left side of slide with "D.G.F.M. - (F.M.A.P.)" right side with Argentinian crest, "EJERCITO ARGENTINO / SIST. COLT CAL. 11.25mm. MOD. 1927", and serial number. Right side of frame with serial number. Checkered small parts include spurred hammer, thick tab safety, slide release, magazine release, short trigger, arched mainspring housing with lanyard loop. Long grip safety. Serial number observed on barrel hood, top of slide, right side of slide, right side of frame, and magazine baseplate. CONDITION: Excellent, retaining the vast majority of the factory blue with some minor marks from handling throughout, and some very minor dings. Some light muzzle wear, primarily on right side. Magazine baseplate with distension around serial numbers from application of stamp. Mechanically fine, bore is very good with strong rifling and some light pitting visible. EMW
