Made 1956. 2 line company address and patent dates on the left side of the barrel. Rampant Colt pony over "MATCH TARGET" on the left side of the chamber. Standard marking on the left side of the slide. Small "VP" proof on the left side of the trigger guard. Original heavy barrel with factory blade front and u-notch rear sights. Original blued finish on the metal components. Factory black checkered plastic grips with thumb rest on the left panel. Original blued steel magazine marked "COLT CAL .22L.R." on the bottom. CONDITION: Metal retains 90% of its original finish with a few light handling marks and scratches. Grips have a few light scratches as well. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Magazine has light finish wear. JWA
