Swiss Waffenfabrik Bern Model 1929 Luger semi-automatic pistol. Made 1930's at Waffenfabrik Bern. "P62" marked on the right side of the chamber. Swiss "(Cross in Shield)" on the toggle. Bern proofs throughout. No visible import mark found. Matching serials on the barrel, frame, and toggle. Standard blade front sight and U-notch rear. Factory blued finish on the metal components. Original checkered brown plastic grips. Includes a nickel-finished magazine (not numbered) with a brown plastic bottom, and "P" on the spine. CONDITION: Metal retains 85% of its original finish with light wear. Grips are excellent. Bore is lightly frosted with strong rifling. Mechanically fine. Action is stiff though, with dried grease on the inside. Magazine is excellent. JWA
