DWM Model 1900 American Eagle Luger semi-automatic pistol. Made circa 1905 in Germany at DWM. "DWM" in script on the chamber. Crisp American Eagle crest on the chamber. Export mark, "GERMANY" marked on the front of the frame. Matching serials throughout, including the grips. Hold open and firing pin are correctly not numbered. Of note, no commercial German proofs are present. Standard blade front sight and V-notch rear. Factory blued finish and straw finish. Checkered wood grips. Includes a wood bottom (not numbered) nickel-finished magazine. CONDITION: Metal retains 85% of its original finish with general wear and handling marks. Straw finish is about 70%. Grips are excellent. Bore is frosted, but retains crisp rifling. Mechanically fine. Magazine has finish wear and brown patina. Wood bottom looks to be a replacement and has rough edges. JWA
