German contract Star Model B semi automatic pistol with holster. Made 1944. Standard markings on the left side of the slide. There is a "FPatr08" in front of the company address. No import marks found. Only serial number is the one on the bottom of the butt. Standard Spanish proof marks on the left side of the frame/trigger guard. "P" inside a flaming bomb on the left side of the slide as well. There is an "(Eagle) / WaAD20" waffenamt on the right heel of the frame. Standard blade front sight and U-notch rear. Factory blued finish and checkered wood grips. Includes an original magazine marked "STAR" on the bottom, and a reproduction black leather "US" style holster. CONDITION: Metal retains 70% of its original finish with light wear and handling marks. Grips have a few dings and scratches. Bore is lightly frosted with very good overall rifling. Mechanically fine. Magazine has normal wear. Holster is excellent overall. JWA
