A rather interesting kit assembled with the most common tools for shotgun maintenance. Tradition English Oak and Leather wrapped wood case with brass corner tabs, marked for manufacture by Case Craft, England. Tools include a set of snap caps for .410. 28, 20, 16, 12; oil bottle marked T.F. Wood and Son; leather pouches with 4 bristle heads (2 marked for .45 and 28 gauge, others unmarked). 3 turn screws with horn handles; horn handled bristle brush; a horn striker face; a horn handle with male thread; chamber gauges for .410, 28, 20, 16, and 12; 4 cleaning rod sections, 2 with handles, and 1 marked "F Steggles England". Pieces are French fitted with 2 slots vacant. One of the French slots with cleaning rods is fitted for a bore diameter tool. CONDITION: Very good, showing little evidence of use. Horn is solid and free of cracks. Metal chamber gauges have some silvering to high edges. Snap caps have some clouding to nickel. Lining is very good with some compressions from contents. Exterior leather is very good with some spotting from poor storage but very good. EMW
