German World War II Heer signal enlisted visor cap made in a Feldgrau wool with light soiling and wear, and a dozen plus spots of moth tracking and nips. Also damage where the original eagle has been removed. Dark green wool center band with very light wear, with intact lemon yellow piping exhibiting light wear and soiling, and several moth nips. The Heer aluminum eagle has been replaced, with the wreath and cockade appearing to be originally applied. Enlisted chin cord has light crazing and wear. Black vulkanfibre visor exhibits very light crazing, with the underside in a medium brown with light wear. Interior is fully lined in a light brown rayon with light damage and staining. Celluloid sweat shield is 85% intact, marked "Extra Klasse", with a typewritten paper name tag stating "Faller, Stabswachtmeister, 21927". Light brown leather sweatband light wear, staining, and the ends are no longer sewn together in the rear. CONDITION: Overall very good to excellent. WEZ
