Lot consists of: (A) British WWI Pattern 1907 Enfield bayonet with scabbard. Blade is difficult to remove from scabbard, grips intact, scabbard exhibits wear. (B) US WWI Springfield bayonet by Rock Island Arsenal correctly marked and numbered on ricasso. Blade retains most of its finish, grips exhibit wear. (C) US WWI Springfield bayonet by Rock Island Arsenal correctly marked and numbered on ricasso. Blade has dulled and exhibits areas of rust. Grips exhibit wear. (D) US WWII Navy Mark I training bayonet. Grips are loose, missing lug. (E) US WWII theater-made fighting knife with leather scabbard. Blade exhibits delamination flaws. The knife comes with a period piece of paper which identifies the veteran as serving on the P.T. Tender USS Varuna (AGP-5). (F) KA-BAR knife marked "U.S.M.C / CAMILLUS, N.Y." on the guard with leather scabbard. Blade retains most of its finish. (G) Very nice Cattaraugus 225Q fighting knife with theater-decorated leather scabbard. The scabbard is named to a Pennsylvania veteran and is marked with various locations including Guadalcanal. (H) US M1 bayonet missing scabbard exhibiting heavy wear. CONDITION: Overall fair to good. JLD
