A nice Syracuse SG&L No. 39 Iron Clad bell bottom model with double globe guard. The bayonet base has acceptable fit but is from a Star product. It has a No. 2 ratchet burner attached. Lid reflector is nicely embossed "C. & G. T. Ry." The cobalt blue, extended base globe is an early 1980's West production from the Rodefer molds. It's in new condition. Frame shows overall light surface etching and needs a competent cleaning.
