An Adams and Westlake nickel over brass, wire bottom conductor's model. "P.J. Potter, Philadelphia, PA." with 1868 Westlake patent dates stamped in underside of screw fount that includes a No. 1 functioning ratchet burner. "J McKillips Huntingdon Pa" is jeweler-engraved in lid reflector. The frame is wire tied and shows good nickel plating with very little brassing . The Green/clear globe is excellent.
