A scarce No. 39, single guard, brass top bell bottom model made by the Dominion Tubular Lamp Co., Montreal, hallmark in chimney. It bears a strong resemblance to a SG&L product. The lid reflector is nicely embossed "C. P. R" The bayonet fount is correct and has a No. 1 ratchet burner affixed. The globe is a real nice clear, No. 39 example, nicely embossed CPR in serif font, with a few fitter chips and nothing showing when in lantern. This is a nice scarce Canadian piece.
