A Handlan-Buck No. 39 Brass Top Wire Bottom model with single globe guard. The lid is nicely embossed "M. K. & T. R. R.", and the fount is stamped with the M M Buck patent hallmark. The bail has been fixed to the left and right verticals. The brass top is in nice condition. The clear, No. 39 extended base globe is beautifully embossed "M. K. & T. Ry." in large, serif font. There is a minor top fitter chip at the right seam location. The frame is dark with medium pitting. The burner is missing from the fount.
