A Kelly Lamp Co. No. 6, double guard, brass top bell bottom model made in the New York Central pattern. Frame is nicely embossed "NYC&HRR", and has correct, plug-in fount with twin-tube whale oil burner, and early chimney bail. There are no Kelly hallmarks present. The globe is a real nice red flashed 6" example with little RR wear and a nice medium translucence. It is embossed "NYC&HRR" in serif font. The frame is smooth and clean. It's a great example of this early lantern style.
