Circa 1984. A Spanish built 20 bore sidelock action with 26" chopper lump blued steel barrels that are fit with ejectors and a tapered, machined, concave game rib with a steel front bead sight. The top of the right barrel is roll stamped "REP IMPORTS-LONSDALE-MINN." The top of the left barrel is roll stamped "GRULLA ARMAS-EIBAR-MADE IN SPAIN". Bottom of the barrels and barrel flats have Spanish proof marks and serial number. The barrel flats are jeweled. The case color hardened finished action body is adorned with foliate scrolls with rose bouquets engraving and an engraved blued top lever with the left side of the thumbpiece checkered. The round body sidelock action features disc set strikers, gas vents, hidden third fastener, detachment lever for lockplates, cocking indicators, automatic safety with "S" in gold engraved just forward of the engraved and checkered safety slide and a blued right side rolled edge trigger guard extending to a long bottom strap with "MODEL 215 F" engraved protecting the single mechanical trigger. Action body water table is also jeweled. The traditional English straight hand gripped reddish-orange Turkish walnut stock with smoky contrast figuring has drop points, 2 panel point pattern checkering and a crosshatch butt. Beavertail forend with similar point pattern checkering and Anson style push button release. Gun resides in a felt covered trunk case by Unique Cases. CONDITION: Very good. Barrels retain 90% blueing with rub marks from forend. Bores are bright and shiny. The stock and forend have handling and storage marks. Trigger is crisp, barrels tight on face and ejectors timed well. Case is also in very good condition. (CP)
