Manufactured circa 1980. Bright nickel finished with 8" vent rib barrel set up to mount a scope and marked on left "PYTHON HUNTER/.357 MAGNUM CTG.". Red insert ramped front sight and adjustable square notch rear. Grips are factory checkered rubber Pachmayr presentation grips with gold Colt medallions. Housed in a Colt woodgrain box with ill fitting Styrofoam inserts and factory paperwork. CONDITION: Good. Vast majority of the expertly reapplied nickel finish is retained with some abrasions and handling marks, in addition to a drag line. Grips excellent. Bore is bright showing crisp rifling. Action requires attention. Hammer does not cock in double action or fall when trigger is pulled for single action use. Box has some moderate wear and is missing end flap with label. BAS
