Oscar Edmund Berninghaus (American, 1874 – 1952) "The Old Chief" American carved sculpture executed in bas-relief. By Woodward & Tiernan Co. Nicely framed and matted behind the glass within a modern black frame. Bas-relief sight measures 8 - 5/8" in diameter. Frame size 14 - 1/4" in diameter. Excellent condition commensurate with age and use, minor dust accumulations under the glass.
