Up for bid is a hard to find Pennsylvania Railroad "Futura" round number plate. Records show the plate is from PRR Class L1s, a 2-8-2 Mikado road number 75. Plate is cast iron with three stud bosses. Casting pattern X 10010 A is embossed in rusted back of plate with some old black paint. Front has wrinkled, newer black painted field with yellow border and numbers. "Futura" style number plates are extremely hard to find and here is your chance to own a beautiful example.
