Lot consists of: (A) German Third Reich SA Dagger produced by the maker M7/81 (Karl Tiegel). The steel blade has remnants of the factory cross-graining near the lower guard, while the rest of the blade has light marks from heavy cleaning and evidence of prior rust. 1 chip in the dagger's tip. The nickel plated upper and lower cross-guards have light marks throughout, light patina, and some lifting of the plating. The rosewood grip has a major crack running through it, and small chip to the lower obverse. A nickel eagle and enamel SA emblem adorn the grip. The brown painted scabbard has a few light scuffs in areas. The lower drag fitting has a hole punched through it, and the lower ball is slightly bent. Both scabbard fittings are with light patina and superficial marks. A faux dagger hanger is attached to the scabbard. CONDITION: Good. (B) German Third Reich NSKK Dagger produced by the maker Justinwerk. The steel blade has none of the factory cross-graining remaining, while the rest of the blade has light marks from heavy cleaning and evidence of prior rust. The nickel upper and lower cross-guards exhibit heavy cleaning with some light patina. The rosewood grip has light wear and a few areas of discoloring. A nickel eagle and a damaged enamel SA emblem adorn the grip. The black painted scabbard has scattered marks throughout. Both nickel scabbard fittings are with light patina and superficial marks. An original dagger hanger and belt loop are attached to the scabbard. CONDITION: Good. DMW
