J.P. Sauer & Sohn Model 90 bolt action rifle with box. Made 1983 in Germany and imported by Sigarms of Virginia. Standard markings on the barrel. Commercial German proofs on the receiver. Fires from a removable box magazine. Round steel barrel with a blade front sight and fixed u-notch rear. Factory blued finish. Oil finished wood stock with fine checkering on the wrist and forearm. Capped pistol grip with Sauer emblem in the center. Original sling studs and rings are present. Factory rubber recoil pad. Includes an original magazine, box and papers. CONDITION: Metal retains 98% of its original finish with light wear and handling marks. Wood is excellent as well. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Does not look to have been fired, as the bolt is still in factory wrapping. Mechanically fine. Magazine is excellent. Box has wear to the internal foam. Exterior is fine. JWA
