Winchester Model 70 Super Express bolt action rifle with box. Made 1989. Standard markings on the left side of the barrel. Trade mark is present on the left side of the receiver. Winchester proof on the chamber. "SUPER EXPRESS" marked on the bottom of the floor plate. Bolt is matching to the gun. Round steel barrel with a hooded blade front sight and flip up u-notch rear. Factory drilled and tapped on the receiver. Original blued finish on the metal components. Jeweled push feed bolt. Oil finished wood stock, with fine checkering on the wrist and forearm. Factory red rubber butt pad. Hang tag is still attached to the trigger guard. Includes serial matching box and papers. CONDITION: Metal retains 98% of its original finish with a few handling marks. Wood is excellent as well. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Fired very little if at all post factory. Mechanically fine. Box is excellent. JWA
