Colt Sauer bolt action rifle with scope. Made 1970s/80s in German by J.P. Sauer & Sohn, and imported/sold by Colt. Fires from a removable box magazine. Standard markings on the receiver and barrel. Round steel barrel with no iron sights. Factory high polish blued finish on the metal components. Gloss finished wood stock with checkering on the wrist and forearm. Capped pistol grip with Colt pony logo inlay. Sling studs present. Factory rubber butt pad. Includes an original blued steel magazine and attached Redfield 4-12x scope (crosshair reticle). CONDITION: Metal retains 95% of its original finish with a few handling marks and scratches. Stock is excellent as well. Bore is shiny with strong rifling. Mechanically fine. Scope is excellent with a clear optic. JWA
