Winchester Model 70 Pre-64 Featherweight bolt action rifle built by Winchester Repeating Arms Company in 1963. Blued 22" Winchester Proof Steel round rifled barrel in .243 Winchester caliber with hooded front ramp sight and rear flip-down sight. Matted finish action with matching serial number electropenciled on bolt, with 3-position safety and hollow bolt handle with blue aluminum floorplate and Redfield 1-piece base. Walnut late style machine checkered pistol grip stock with added quick detachable sling swivels and black plastic checkered buttplate. CONDITION: 90% original blue with splotchy areas and wear on carry points and edges. 90% original varnish with light handling marks and dings. Good bore and mechanics. DLM
