An early Third Reich NSDAP Pole Topper made of nickel plated brass affixed to a wooden base. The topper has light patina throughout, with areas of scattered freckling. The central swastika retains approximately 40% of its original black paint on both sides, and may have suffered its paint loss from previous cleaning. The pole topper is threaded into a wooden base, which appears to be the foot of a bed frame or couch. The topper is lacquered with light wear throughout. Even though the wood is not original to the topper, it displays the pole topper nicely. CONDITION: Very good. DMW
