Smith & Wesson Model 29-2 double action revolver. Made 1973. "SMITH & WESSON" marked on the left side of the barrel with the caliber marked on the right. Trademark and company address are on the right side of the frame. Square butt frame with matching serials on the butt and inside the frame. 6 shot fluted cylinder. Round, pinned, steel barrel with full rib. Ramped blade front sight and adjustable u-notch rear. Factory blued finish on the metal components. Case colored serrated trigger and spurred hammer. Aftermarket rubber Pachmayr grip. CONDITION: Metal retains 85% of its original blued finish, with light wear and a few handling marks. Grip is excellent. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Sharp timing and lockup. Tight hammer and cylinder. Light drag line on the cylinder as well. Mechanically fine.
