Hi Power pistol with tangent rear manufactured by Fabrique Nationale while under German occupation during World War II. Metal components have been refinished, exhibiting a dark high gloss blue finish overall. Frame is mounted with 2-piece checkered wood grips. Left side of slide bears stampings stipulating the manufacturer information as well as an "(Eagle) / WaA150" and eagle firing proof, with the right side bearing the serial number. Stamps on frame are partially illegible, with the "(Eagle) / WaA140" waffenant no longer being present. Matching numbers are present on the frame, slide, and barrel. Complete with 1 extra later production magazine. CONDITION: Metal components retain the vast majority of their reapplied blue finish, exhibiting some areas of wear as well as some areas of oxidation present beneath the finish. Bore is bright, exhibiting moderate oxidation throughout and retains good rifling. Grips show some marring to the checkering, with the right grip panel exhibiting heavy wear and losses from said wear at the bottom right. MLW
