Standard configuration Hi Power manufactured by Fabrique Nationale while under German occupation during World War II. Left side of slide bears stampings stipulating the manufacturer information as well as an "(Eagle) / WaA140" and eagle firing proof, which are also present on the left side of the frame. Frame is mounted with 2-piece checkered wood grips. Matching numbers are present on frame, slide, and barrel. Complete with a phosphated magazine. CONDITION: Metal components retain traces of their original arsenal blue finish, exhibiting wear, thinning, and some spots of scattered oxidation overall and the balance exhibiting a mottled gray patina. Bore is bright, exhibiting moderate oxidation throughout and retaining fair to good rifling. Grips are good, exhibiting some scattered handling marks and a few minor losses, with the left grip panel bearing a crack that runs most of the length of the panel on the interior. MLW
