Featured on page 43 of the book "COLT'S POCKET' 49 INCLUDING THE BABY DRAGOON & WELLS FARGO". This gun has a square back trigger, 1-piece wood grip, octagonal barrel, and 5-shot percussion cylinder. 2-line New York address on the top barrel flat. The wedge is not numbered to the gun and looks to be a replacement. There are vice marks on both sides of the frame and barrel assembly. CONDITION: The brass trigger guard and backstrap retain approximately 50% on the silver plate finish. The remainder of the gun has no finish. Dark bore with some pitting in the lands and grooves. The smooth wood grip retains 80% of the original varnish. REW
