Winchester Third Model 1873 lever action rifle made by the Winchester Repeating Arms Company in 1883. 24" blued octagon barrel with blade front sight and special order flip down 2 leaf sight with Lyman tang peep sight in .32-20. Blued third model receiver with integral dust cover rail and special order set trigger. Walnut standard plain stock with crescent steel buttplate with matching walnut plain forearm and full blued magazine tube. CONDITION: 90% original blue fading to a plum patina with light edge wear. Wood has been cleaned with light handling marks. Excellent bore and mechanics. DLM
