Model COE manufactured by Star. Left side of slide is engraved "STAR" followed by a small star within a sunburst and "CAL 6.35". Metal components are nickel plated with the hammer being case colored. Slide featuring deep factory engraving, with lighter engraving on the frame. Frame is mounted with 2-piece factory pearl-lite grips featuring the STAR logo in wire medallions on either grip. Pistol is accompanied by a blue leatherette case containing a spare nickel plated magazine, bore brush, and ACE Sporting Goods hangtag. CONDITION: Metal components retain bountiful amounts of their original factory nickel finish, exhibiting few minor areas of wear, with the exception of the interior, which shows oxidation. Hammer retains strong case coloring, with some small spots of wear. Grips show a few marks from handling and usual shrinkage, with some stress cracking around the top grip screws from said shrinkage. Case shows some minor exterior wear, but is otherwise fine. MLW
