Manufactured 1961 per barrel date code and serial number. Fixed front sight and drift adjustable U-notch rear sight with wriggle matted rib. Left side of slide with "Carl Walter Waffenfabrik Ulm/Do." over "Modell PP Cal. 7,65mm" with an "(Eagle) / N" proof. Barrel marked with "(Eagle) / N", Ulm antler, and 61 proof date. Factory engraved in the oak and leaf pattern on a stippled ground, with crosshatch detailing on trigger guard and barrel hood. Frame marked on right side with serial number and "(Eagle) / N" proof. Ivory colored plastic grips. Flat bottom Walther magazine, with Walther banner on left side and "cal. 7,65mm". CONDITION: Very good, retaining virtually all of the silver plating with some very minor marks from handling and age. Silver is tarnishing throughout, easily cleaned by a new owner should they desire. Finish somewhat rougher in certain areas such as hammer area and underside of slide, which is normal. Mechanically fine, bore is very good with strong rifling. EMW
