Produced in the early 1930s as a .22 LR caliber revolver on the popular K frame. Classic high polish blued finish throughout with case hardened hammer and trigger. The 6" pinned barrel fitted with partridge style front sight and early pre-micrometer click adjustable rear sight. Grips are service style diamond checkered walnut with S&W medallions. CONDITION: Very good. Nearly all of the reapplied blued finish is retained with a turn line and scattered handling marks. Bright case colors are retained with some slight fading. Grips are fine with crisp, albeit somewhat crude, checkering. Fine bright mirror bore displaying sharp lands and grooves. Smooth mechanics with tight lock up. BAS
