(A) LOT OF 2: SHARPS PEPPERBOX FOUR BARREL DERRINGERS.

Lot consists of (A) C. Sharps Model 1C variation with blued 2 - 1/2" barrel cluster chambered in .22 RF, brass pin front sight, frame notch rear, silver plated brass frame, and smooth walnut grips. CONDITION: Fine. Blue on barrels has turned to a chocolate patina. Frame retains majority of its dark patinaed silver plating with some wear. Grips are fine having some handling marks and added finish. Good shootable bores and fine mechanics. (B) C. Sharps Model 2D variation with blued 3" barrel cluster chambered in .30 RF, brass pin front sight, frame notch rear, silver plated brass frame, and checkered gutta percha grips. Approximately 1200 of this variation were made. CONDITION: Very good. Blued finish on barrels has turned to a pleasing dark gray patina. Frame retains traces of silver finish is protected areas, with balance taking on a darkening patina. Grips have some wear and impressions. Shootable bores with some pitting. Mainspring is a little light but otherwise appears to function correctly. PROVENANCE: Ex. Rich Guckes. BAS
