Percussion Gentleman's style pistol made in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania by "H.H. Schultz" between 1868 and 1875. 10" octagon rifled .45 caliber barrel with silver blade front sight and notched rear sight with barrel stamped "H.H. Schultz Pittsburgh" and patent breech percussion ignition. Gunsmith made percussion lock maker marked "H. H. Schultz Pittsburgh" with single trigger control. Walnut checkered stock with swelled butt and brass grip cap, German silver escutcheon, and pewter nosecap. A nicely built pistol. CONDITION: Overall good with metal turning a silvery patina. Wood retains traces of original varnish with no visible repairs or restoration. Dark bore with good mechanics. DLM
