Portuguese Navy Contract Mauser Luger semi-automatic pistol with holster. Made 1937 as a contract of 50 guns. "MAUSER" banner on the chamber. Safety is marked "SEGURANCA". No import marks found. Matching serials on the visible numbered parts. Standard 1906 style grip safety. Round, steel barrel with blade front sight and V-notch rear. Original blue and straw finishes. Checkered wood grips are unmarked. Includes two matching aluminum bottom magazines. Also includes a German brown leather holster. Holster has illegible markings, but Waffenamt on the back looks to be "(eagle)/WaA191". CONDITION: Metal retains 70% of its original finish with light wear and handling marks. Straw is about 85%. Grips have light wear and dings. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Mechanically in-operable as the sear is not catching. Magazines have light wear. Holster has light finish wear with tight stitching.
