Lot contains 5 German early World War II 8mm "Degeto Weltspiegel" (World Mirror) films representing approximately 75 minutes of battlefield views, which were converted to 5 DVDS: (A) Film (12:55) presenting campaign/ combat footage taken during the 1940 campaign in France with armor and infantry, as well as the occupation and parade in Paris. Combat scenes from the 1941 invasion of Russia as well. (B) Film (13:09) presenting campaign/ combat footage (1942?) in Russia in the Don River basin, Luftwaffe and Heer, river crossings, etc. Combat scenes from the 1940 campaign in France (Dunkirk, Flanders, etc.) as well. (C) Film (16:39) presenting invasion/ combat footage from the 1941 Balkan campaign (mainland Greece, Crete, etc.). Brief footage of Fallschirmjager and training, etc. (D) Film (13:55) presenting campaign/ combat footage of Polish POWs (1939), France 1940, Norway 1940, Guenther Prien (U-47), Karl Doenitz, Scapa Flow victory parade, and visit from Hitler. (E) Film (17:55) presenting parts of the 1940 campaign in France, and the signing of the 1940 French surrender at the railway car in Versailles.
