Lot consists of (A) Colt Officers Model Match double action revolver. Made 1967. Standard markings on the barrel. Rampant Colt pony on the left side of the frame. "VP" proof on the left side of the trigger guard. Matching serials on the frame and crane. Round, steel barrel with ramped blade front sight and adjustable u-notch rear. Factory blued finish. Serrated trigger face with spurred hammer. Later production checkered rubber grip with gold Colt medallion. CONDITION: Metal retains 80% of its original finish with general wear. Grips have light wear. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Tight hammer and cylinder, with good timing and lockup. Mechanically fine. (B) Colt Officers Model Match double action revolver. Made 1960s. Standard markings on the barrel. Rampant Colt pony on the left side of the frame. "VP" proof on the left side of the trigger guard. Matching serials on the frame and crane. Round steel barrel with ramped blade front sight and adjustable U-notch rear. Factory blued finish. Serrated trigger face with spurred hammer. Original checkered wood grips with silver Colt medallions. CONDITION: Metal retains 90% of its original finish with general wear. Grips have a few handling marks. Bore is shiny with crisp rifling. Some firing residue is present on the chamber. Tight hammer and cylinder, with sharp timing and lockup. Mechanically fine. JWA
