Framed Lithograph. A wonderful displaying example of this large lithograph produced by Currier & Ives, New York, showing a copyright date of 1878. The lithograph shows the Drew & St. John steam ships passing on the Hudson River. Lithograph is in fair condition showing excellent condition graphics with minor areas of age staining in the upper field as well as minor area of water markings in the cloud graphics. Lithograph shows some minor wear along the edges as well as some pencil marks in the lower right corner but overall displays outstanding with beautiful script along the lower field. Lithograph is professionally matted and framed with a gold frame that shows moderate areas of age wear and patina throughout but overall displays the lithograph nicely. A beautiful piece of early graphic paper advertising.

Condition: (7.75).
