Wonderful vintage original oil on panel impressionist painting masterfully executed by Charles "Chas" Vinicky (USA, mid 20th century). Depicting a vibrant French street scene of the plaza, showing people enjoying their meals at the outside café. Signed in the lower-right corner "Chas. Vinicky". Painting is framed in a beautiful weathered gray color barn wood style frame. In excellent condition, commensurate with age and use.
