Made by Winchester Repeating Arms Company in 1948. 24" blued round Winchester Proof Steel barrel with hooded ramp front sight, missing 22G rear sight. Blued solid frame with plain trigger, non-original Williams Peep sight fitted in factory drilled holes with blued 2/3rds magazine tube. Walnut checkered pistol grip stock with factory sling swivels (missing leather strap), checkered steel widow's peak buttplate, and matching semi-beavertail checkered walnut forearm. CONDITION: 90% barrel blue with light operation and edge wear. 90% action blue with some light carry wear. Wood has 90% original varnish with some light scratches and dings. Good bore and mechanics.
