This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 7/13/2022
Produced in the early 2000s by the Smith & Wesson Performance Center as a high quality reproduction of the company's classic 19th Century No. 3 Schofield revolver. Chambered in .45 S&W with a 7" tip-up barrel, half moon front sight, and v-notch rear sight. Blued finish with case hardened small parts and smooth 2-piece walnut grips. Markings closely replicate those on original Schofields, including martial "US" on the butt and a inspector cartouche on the left grip. The front sight is discreetly marked "Performance Center/2000" and "Mod. 3 Schofield/1875". CONDITION: Excellent. Nearly all of the factory applied blued finish is retaining, excluding a turn line and a few scattered handling marks. Some light wear present on case colors. Grips excellent. Bore is bright with crisp rifling. Fine mechanics. BAS
