DSP. A very early Circa 1920's Porcelain Flange Sign from Polarine Motor Oils & Greases. Sign shows a very unique color way with script throughout the entire field. CONDITION: Side one shows fair color and gloss throughout the field with moderate to heavy areas of surface scratching as well as some light to moderate chipping along the outer edges, Grade 7.5. Side two you also shows fair color with areas of heavy surface scratching throughout the field as well as some minor chipping along the outer edge, Grade 7.25.The flange portion of the Sign is in very good condition showing only minor chipping and light wear. Although the Sign shows heavy wear it displays well and has an excellent patina type look to it perfect for an outdoor display.
