This is a very important transitional by lauscha masters as it is the first naked ribbon. It is a ground breaking marble made before the hand made marbles. It is like the rest of these transitionals that were hand faceted on a manual loom grinder. Circa 1860. Clear base with oxblood, white, turquoise, and blue twisting through center in tornado fashion. Beautiful marble with some slight internal bubbles and a few imperfections as typical of a Latent ground pontil transitional marble.

Condition: (9.6).

Item Dimensions: 13/16" Dia.
TRANSITIONAL OXBLOOD MARBLE.
