Lot consists of (A) Indian winged totem pole, Pacific Northwest Coast, probably Haida or Tlingit, circa 1920s. A hand-carved red cedar totem pole depicting 4 abstract zoomorphic creatures to include a bear, and thunderbird painted in vibrant colors affixed to a base with old iron nails. (B) Carved totem, most likely Haida, circa 1930's, with 6 carved animal figures to include a frog, bear, and hawk. (C) Carved 20th century totem with old tag attached that attributes the carving to Wilson Williams (died in the 50s). Three animals and a native woman make up the carvings. (D) Colorful 20th century smaller totem featuring a human-like creature with large teeth and a bison on his head. CONDITION: Largest totem has 2 old holes in the base where it was affixed to a stand at some point in its life. Some worn paint to the older 2 totems, but all are solid and show nice colors. Wood is stable with no soft spots. BRM.
