Engraved Italian Uberti Remington Model 1858 New Army single action percussion revolver with case and flask. Made 1974. Standard Italian proofs and markings on the barrel and frame. Fine scroll engraving on the frame, barrel and cylinder. Gold etching on the barrel and cylinder as well. "T.P. Hunger" engraved on the back strap. Octagon barrel with blade front sight and v-notch. Blued finish on the barrel, trigger and cylinder. Frame and loading lever have a dull gray polished finished. Brass trigger guard. Oil finished wood grips. Comes in a velvet lined custom wood case, and includes a metal powder flask. CONDITION: Metal retains 95% or more of its original finishes. Grips have a few handling marks and scratches. Bore is lightly frosted, but retains sharp rifling. Tight hammer and cylinder. Good lock up. Nipples show little signs of use. Mechanically fine, as is the powder flask. Case is fair with a broken hinge and handling marks. JWA
