1883 vintage Colt Frontier Six Shooter single action revolver, serial number 93306. 7 - 1/2" round barrel chambered in .44-40 Winchester Centerfire with single line barrel address, blade front sight, and frame notch rear. Low profile ejector rod head. Left of barrel is acid etched with desirable "COLT FRONTIER SIX SHOOTER" in a panel on left side. 1-piece plain walnut factory grips. Matching serial numbers can be found on barrel underneath ejector rod housing, frame, trigger guard, cylinder, and butt. CONDITION: Very good, wearing to a gunmetal grey patina overall with scattered handling marks and strong remnants of original bluing, especially on right side of barrel. Etched panel is faint but easily legible and complete. Grips are excellent with no major signs of distress. Action is fine mechanically, but well worn, with hammer stops dulled over time. Bore is dark with well-defined rifling. TON
