Lot consists of: (A) Slater Brothers spearpoint knife marked "VENT JR. / SLATER BROTHERS SHEFFIELD" on the ricasso. German silvered straight crossguard with bone grip scales held in place by 2 fasteners on each grip. Right grip scale features a small escutcheon. Complete with brown leather scabbard that features an attractive checkered pattern with gold painted highlights and German silvered mounts. CONDITION: Blade is bright with crisp ricasso markings. Areas of pitting and spotting. Crossguard and scabbard mounts exhibit light tarnishing. Grip scales are intact, and scabbard remains firm. Overall very good. (B) George Wostenholm dirk marked "GEO.WOSTENHOLM" and I.XL" on the ricasso. Dagger style blade with rounded ricasso. German silvered crossguard and ferrule. Ivory grip. German silvered scabbard with belt clip. CONDITION: Blade exhibits a gray patina, ivory grip exhibits a few chips around the ferrule and one long crack. Silvered crossguard and scabbard exhibit aging. Overall good. (C) Friedrich Herder Abr. Sohn marked folding knife, most likely used by a sailor. Sheepsfoot blade marked "F. HERDER / ABR. SOHN". Thick stag grip handles. CONDITION: Blade exhibits pitting, spotting, and dark spots from age. Grip scales are intact with obvious wear. Knife folds properly. Overall fair.
