Manufactured 1981 as per IB date code. Classic configuration including protected post front sight, 4 position diopter drum rear sight, flash hider, slimline forearm, composite furniture. Left side of magazine well marked "HK 93 A130818 / CAL. .223 / (German Nitro Proof) IB (Ulm Proof)". Right side of magazine well with "Made in Germany / HK Inc. / Arl. Va. 22 201". Previous owner very clearly cared much about the condition of this example as black electricians tape has been applied around ejection port to prevent accidental rubs. No magazine. CONDITION: Very fine overall showing just the barest marks from careful use and handling. Flash hider has a few touches of carbon buildup in the vents. Composite parts are excellent with a few very minor handling marks. Mechanically fine, bore is excellent, bright and shiny, with crisp rifling. EMW
