Mannlicher Schoenauer Model 1952 bolt action rifle made by Steyr in Austria in 1952 and imported by Stoeger Arms. 24" round blued barrel in .270 Winchester, with banded front ramp sight and rear 2 blade sight. Blued action with wing and side safeties, marked on receiver "MADE IN AUSTRIA / ORIGINAL MANNLICHER SCHOENAUER / MOD 1952 / KAL 270", blued bolt with swept butterknife bolt handle, and single trigger. Walnut checkered pistol grip stock with ebony forend cap, hard rubber buttplate and grip cap with European style sling swivels. Floorplate marked with Stoeger logo. CONDITION: 90% original blue with usage marks and light carry wear. Wood has 90% original finish with sharp checkering and some light handling wear. Excellent bore and mechanics. DLM
