Beautiful and desirable Merkel Model 280/360 2 barrel set made by Merkel in Suhl, Germany circa 2002. First set of barrels are 28" blued fluid steel barrels with 2 -3/4" chambers, matted rib, bead front sight, ejectors and in 28 Gauge with rib marked "280 EL 28GA" with fixed Modified and Cylinder chokes. The second set of barrels are 28" fluid steel .410 gauge barrels with 3" chambers, ejectors, matted rib, fixed Full and Extra Full chokes and rib marked "360EL 410 GA". Polished game scene engraved petite boxlock frame with automatic safety and double triggers. Deluxe figured English checkered grip with hard rubber grip. Matching checkered individual splinter walnut forearms with latch releases. Comes in maker label fitted Italian leather covered case. CONDITION: Like new with small handling marks and possibly fired very little. A great little gun.
