L.C. Smith Specialty Grade side by side shotgun made by Hunter Arms Company in 1926. This gun is 1 of 1831 with a ventilated rib, 1 of 1482 with a beavertail forend, and 1 of 2610 with Hunter One single selective trigger. Gun has 32" blued Nitro Steel 12 gauge barrels with factory ventilated rib, ejectors, and bead front sight with fixed Full and Full chokes. Case hardened regular frame with Specialty Grade birds and floral full coverage engraving, non-automatic safety. Gun has feather crotch grain walnut Monte Carlo pistol grip checkered non-factory stock with period Hawkins vented rubber recoil pad and steel grip cap. Trigger guard shows professionally done welded extension on trigger guard extending out on the pistol grip. Walnut factory checkered beavertail forearm with roller latch. Comes with Cody Research sheet verifying all option except buttstock. CONDITION: Approximately 95% original barrel blue with engine turn on bores. Approximately 95% original vivid case colors with light handling wear. 95% varnish on replaced buttstock with 95% original factory varnish on forearm. Bright and shiny bores with good mechanics.
